MALAM tadi, selepas habis saya dan Cikgu Ishak Surin berceramah di PPR Desa Rejang, membantu calon PAS, Dr. Lo Lo Datuk Ghazali, kami dipertemukan dengan anak Ketua Kaum Ibu PAS era 50an, Allahyarhamah Khadijah Sidek, iaitu Mohd Hatta Hamzah.
Khadijah pernah menjadi Pesuruhjaya PAS Johor dan pernah menjadi Ahli Parlimen PAS yang pertama dari kalangan wanita setelah menang di Parlimen Dungun, Terengganu.
Dalam pertemuan ringkas itu, kami tidak dapat memperincikan sembang-sembang kami selain dari bertanya khabar dan berkenal-kenalan.
